Job Responsibilities
Handle customers at field level;
Visit offices to develop corporate clients;
Achieve assigned sales target;
Develop strong relationships with customers;
Ability to handle clients and satisfy them (as per the service policy of the organization);
Create customers in private sectors;
Visit potential customers and maintain updated list;
Market analysis of the industry.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
Marketing background will be given in preference.

Additional Requirements

Applicants with 2-3 years of experience (in sales, corporate sales, customer support/client service, corporate marketing, and retail stores/shops) will get preference;
Candidates have to be smart, confident and self-motivated;
Candidates must understand the client's needs and identify the scope for sales opportunities;
Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with information collection;
Strong price negotiation capability;
Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability;
Solid analytical ability, good presentation and convincing skills;
Excellent face-to-face and over phone communication ability to convince customers;
Written and oral communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable;
Must have computer proficiency, internet browsing and email using capability;
